We cannot provide a specific answer as to why Fragstats is not installed on Windows 11 as it depends on various factors such as compatibility and user preferences. However, the program can still be installed on Windows 11 if it is compatible and the user chooses to do so.
I am new in Fragstats and I want to assess population fragmentation using Clumpiness. My raster data is presence/absence of species (1.0). First of all, there is no option for binary format in Fragstats. Does it effect the results? Secondly, I see the model is completed, but the section of results is empty. I've done it several times but I couldn't figure it out the reason. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There is a Metrics document that provides information about population fragmentation. You may read it at the following address. Secondly, there is also a case study with examples on how the procedure should be done. Access the PDF file and read all the details presented in that file.
Note: You need Adobe PDF Reader or any other compatible reader to open the files.
